From the backend, our office team creates user accounts via a web application. The login details are sent to employees through SMS. Employees use these credentials to log in and perform the following tasks:

• Visit farmer land locations.
• Collect data including photos, videos, and GPS coordinates.
• Upload the collected data securely to our server.
• After uploading, the data is automatically removed from the employee's device.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Employee credentials for login authentication.
• Farmer Data: Photos, videos, and location (latitude & longitude) details collected from the field.
• Device Information: Device ID, IP address, and app usage data.

We implement advanced security measures to protect collected data:
